My therapies are based on Swedish massage techniques which involve sequences of movements that work on the underlying tissues and muscles. The massage can cover the legs, feet, back, neck, shoulders, face, arms and hands but I will tailor each massage to your own needs. The pressure can be gentle if a more relaxing treatment is required or deeper to concentrate on very tight muscles or problem areas.

On your first visit we will discuss your treatment needs so please let me know if you have any medical conditions prior to the appointment. I can offer a 30 or 60 minute massage in my treatment room at Hoo Meavy or a 60 minute treatment in your own home*
